Browse our unique range of pipets, many of which are manufactured from optically clear polystyrene to give optimal performance. Our range matches up to all compliance standards, meeting non-pyrogenic ISO 9001:2000, FDA, and 820 CFR regulations. You can also browse our selection of graduated pipettes.

Worry-free pipetting is here with the only tip that clips onto your pipette for a complete seal on every channel. Select F1-ClipTip manual or E1-ClipTip Electronic and Equalizer pipettes, which feature adjustable tip spacing models.

Pipette performance is directly related to the quality of the pipette tip for optimal results. Finntips are engineered and manufactured to fit Thermo Scientific pipettes. ART self-sealing barrier tips offer unparalleled contamination control for any pipette brand.

As with all AggieBuy orders, payment information for the paperless billing will be collected when you complete the cart checkout process. Completing the service request in AggieBuy ensures that there are enough technicians on site to promptly service your pipettes.

These are great Pipettes that come new and calibrated, with a calibration tool and a couple pipette tips(more are available on the site). Usually, the three that you need are 20, 200 and 1000. We have used these and tested these pipettes extensively and they work great.

Using Opentrons pipettes without the OT-2 is not suggested. The pipette interface contains connections to the pipette motor itself and an EEPROM that contains nothing more than the serial number of the pipette.

In this sense, the user would be required to almost entirely reverse engineer our robot to operate the pipettes with any level of accuracy. Additionally, we cannot guarantee any level of performance when the pipettes are not used with our robot, this would have to be validated by the user.

The pack includes five pipettes for you to use with each different colour and can be easily washed and cleaned for next time. The pipettes feature measuring marks to control your paint distribution for a precise way of adding impressive effects to your work!

The viscosity of the sample will have a direct influence on which pipette is required. For aqueous samples which are low viscosity, an air displacement pipette is ideal. These pipettes are driven by a piston in an airtight sleeve which generates a vacuum. For more viscous or heavy liquids, a positive displacement pipette should be used. These pipettes are driven by a disposable piston which comes into direct contact with the sample.

PCR, ELISA, and many other immunoassay methods utilize microwell plates. Microplates come in many configurations: 6, 24, 96, 384, and 1536 well plates arranged in a 2x3 matrix are typically used. In order to accommodate faster throughput with such methods, many pipette manufacturers offer multichannel pipettes. These allow for faster pipetting of multiple samples: instead of having to fill 96 wells individually, an 8 channel pipette can be used, reducing the number of aspirations and dispenses to 12.

Powered by an easily accessible 9 volt (Ni-MH) rechargeable battery, the convenient device accepts most pipettes from 1 to 100 mL. And the EZ Grip nosepiece with double membrane filter prevents cross-contamination.

Three-speed settings for pipet filler and dispenser modes provide precise control and accuracy. Fast speed can deliver up to 50 mL in 5 seconds and can be used for rapid filling of large pipets or breaking up cell clumps. Slow speed is ideal when using small pipettes or when more precise delivery is required. A gravity drain model is available which substitutes a gravity drain function for the fast mode on the dispense button.

These pipettes are not intended for use for medical or healthcare purposes. Here's how you use these pipettes:Step 1: Place the pointed open end of the pipette into your liquid.Step 2: Gently squeeze the large, bulb end of the pipette so you push air out of the pipette and into your liquid.Step 3: As you release the bulb, liquid will suck up into the pipette. Please note, the thinner the liquid, the easier it will be to suck up into the pipette. Some liquids, including very thick and viscous ones, may not work well with these pipettes.

As an alternative to all that 3D Printin work, consider these $40 pipettes. Again, for yee of little faith, calibrate them! Check them for accuracy on a timely basis just as you would with a more expensive pipette.

That is why INTEGRA designed the pipettes and GripTips in combination, resulting in a perfectly matched pipetting system. GripTips snap into place with minimal tip loading effort, providing a secure connection. GripTips never fall off and are always perfectly aligned, resulting in superior accuracy and precision results.

The full color screen provides full text menus (in multiple languages) and displays pipetting protocols without abbreviations, making VIAFLO pipettes particularly easy to understand and intuitive to use.

These precision manual pipettors are designed with a finger hook for exceptional comfort and easy single-hand operation. Lightweight and well balanced, the single channel pipettes fit comfortably in either the right or left hand and offer very low plunger forces. Chemically resistant, maintenance-free seals and finely polished pistons provide unsurpassed accuracy sample after sample.

Developing good pipetting technique is critical for producing dependable results and it is achievable with the right guidance. For new scientists, we recommend starting with our guide on common pipette handling errors to develop an awareness of potential pitfalls when using micropipettes. By developing a clear understanding of pipetting error, it becomes easier to recognize where you need to improve your micropipette technique. Second, we recommend practicing your pipette technique by aspirating a fixed volume of distilled water ten times, onto a weighing boat on a calibrated balance. Take note of the average of the ten values and determine your systematic error. As you pipette each week, check to see if your systematic error is reducing. Third, select a premium micropipette such as
